Silver Birch 3 bedroom Family Holiday Home situated in a quiet tree lined cul de sac. It is located a very short 2 minute walk from the Church of the Good Shepherd and 3 minute walk to the Village over the Lake Tekapo Footbridge. Self contained and stand alone there is plenty of parking in this secluded but handy to all amenities home. Sheltered from the wind but sunny with large sundeck, the perfect place for the family.
There is one double room, a king room and a triple room The large open plan kitchen, living, dining area has modern amenities, flat screen TV with FREEVIEW & SKY, DVD player, ipod dock, and free unlimited WIFI. The modern kitchen boasts a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and lots of space to prepare great meals. The updated bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a separate toilet.
Silver Birch is kept nice and warm with a heatpump/airconditioning and 2 heaters for the bedrooms. There is also a nice sunny deck and grassed area for outdoor relaxing and fun!
Little Birch in a park like setting on a unique quiet street two minutes walk to the Church and the shops. Little Birch has two bedrooms, both ‘en suite” (two bathrooms), and joined in the middle with a beautiful new kitchen dinning-living area. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other two singles that can be joined to make a King bed on request.
Well insulated and heated, the cosy architecturally designed house offers a comfortable stay for one or multiple nights.
