“Pottingshed Studio Unit” $90 per night, Washing and ironing service available.
“Tui Studio Unit” $140 per night, warm and very comfortably furnished theTui Studio Unit suits 2 persons.
“Eastwing” per night, two persons, $145, extra person $25. The Eastwing sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 smaller child.
“Rowan” per night, two persons, $140, extra person $25. sleeps maximum 7 persons (please read the detailed information carefully concerning the sleeping arrangements, not all of the beds are directly in the main house.)
“Honeymoon suite” per night, two persons, $165. extra person $25
“Pines” Queen/single $140/night/two persons (Queen Bed, and single bed, sleeps two comfortably) extra person $25

HOLIDAY HOMES
“Aorangi Holiday Home” $210/two persons, per night. Extra Persons: $30 per person, includes children.
This comfortably furnished and warm home offers four bedrooms, one of which has a king and one a queen bed, and two twin bedrooms. A modern kitchen, open plan dinning and living area assures you of a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. It also offers a spacious balcony with lake views, spa and a sheltered BBQ area outside and safe off street parking.
INFOS & Cancellation Policy
Extra Persons the cottages: $25 per person, includes children, baby’s free. Extra person’s in the holiday homes are $30 person.
Booking: please stipulate a deposit payment method or provide us with your master card or visa card details when booking. We may require a 25% of the agreed cottage price as a deposit.
Cancellation policy: For all cancellations within 3 days of the arrival date there will be a cancellation charge charge of the first booked night in full. Cancellations within 24 hour of the arrival date or Non notification of a cancellation will result in a 100% cancellation charge of all nights booked.
Payment: As we are a very small business we prefer T/cheques, NZ cheques or cash. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Refunds: If you need a refund of all or part of your deposit due to a cancellation, these can be made per check, or via internet banking. Deposits and Payments made with credit cards will be refunded by an online credit through the original card processing company. A waiting period for the refund of 30 days is mandatory to avoid credit card fraud.
Breakfasts and other meals: Are available on request, cooked breakfast $16 per person. Continental breakfasts available at $13per person. If you don’t feel like cooking in the evening let us do it for you. We can serve you what is arguably the best THAI CUISINE available in New Zealand, at only $25 a head. Ask us for further details Location: We are about 3 minute’s walk from the Lake (very close to the Church of the good Shepherd) and about 10mins walk to shops and restaurants.
Washing and Ironing: If you require washing to be done we can arrange this for a further $5.00 per machine. Some cottages have a washing machine and irons. Enquire before you book please.
